Questionable Future

I have mentioned in earlier posts that season 4 may or may not happen because of lack of original content.  I am going to brainstorm for future episodes and see if it is feasible.  I will keep you posted.

2 episodes left

I have not forgotten to finish season 3 of the Radical Geek.  I have 2 more episodes to do to finish it off.  As for future episodes I don’t know if there will be a season 4.  It is getting harder to get to the location and interview the people.  I haven’t given up podcasting all together.  I plan to have either do a new podcast or thinking about crowd funding that documentary about DRM.  That I will have more out after I finish the season.

Expedition Granted Update

I didn’t make it as a finalist for National Geographic’s Expedition Granted.  It does make me a little heart broken that I didn’t make it, but my dream about making the documentary hasn’t gone away.  Right now I am thinking about crowd funding my film.  I will keep you posted on that.

Patreon

I have been looking into a setting up a Patreon account to support my podcasts.  I will look into it an keep you posted.

Radical Geek on Robot Overlordz

I was a guest over at the Robot Overlordz to talk about my project on National Geographic’s Expedition Granted.  As I mentioned in previous posts I have a project to get funding a documentary on DRM.  The hosts Mike Johnston and Matt Bolton were gracious and we talked little about the Radical Geek and the project. You can check it out the episode here.

New podcast idea

I thought about doing another podcast where I record telemarketers and prank them.  Think I might call it Target Acquired.

Things I need to do to my podcast.

There is to things I need to do on my podcast. Get myself on iTunes and get my Zazzle store linked. Problem with iTunes is that it doesn’t work with Linux, so I have to go on someone else’s computer and register it. For the Zazzle store can be found here.

On the Funny Nerd Podcast

I was promoting my project on the podasphere and The Funny Nerd Podcast ask if I wanted to be on it. So I was interviewed by him here: The Funny Nerd: Do You Copy.

Link to my project.

In my past posts I have talked about the project I submitted to National Geographic’s Expedition Granted. I neglected to put the link, so here it is: Do You Copy.

Creating a Documentary

I was researching about making a documentary film and the biggest hurdle is the story.  I was thinking more like a paper or print but with film it is the story and character.  So a film about DRM who is the character and the struggles?  Well then I could put the character as someone that is the victim?  My curiosity on the technology and its affect on the end users?  I think the latter might be the way to go.
