iTunes, Blubrry, and Blip.TV

I feel I need to get my podcast on iTunes. Only problem is iTunes is that it doesn’t run on linux. I have to figure it out in getting on under wine. I tried that and it didn’t work, and now I am looking at other ways to get them posted. A few suggestion from a podcasters group on Facebook lead me to blubrry.com. I switched to YouTube and there isn’t any download link and to get a premium listing I need to get download links for video. I could do that with Blip.TV. Blip also has a way to summit to iTunes. Will be going back to that. Also I will need to change the format to QuickTime(mov).

You Tube Revisited

I am looking for more exposure for my videos and I am going to start posting on You Tube instead of blip tv. The reason is more people use You Tube and get more exposure so I can get more views. I also hope to have ads so I can make some money off my videos.

Vimeo or Blip.tv?

I have been giving some serious thought about changing my hosting of my video from Vimeo to Blip.tv.  I’m thinking of switching to Blip.tv is because an old video podcast called Glacticast used it.  I will have to check that out.
